EV batteries lose 30%+ range when the temp falls below freezing. E-Vehicles are TOYS, and not suitable for serious transport. They are "runabouts" at best, suitable for the golf course or inner-city. Serious, RELIABLE transportation depends on engines that GENERATE invariable power from readily available fuel, NOT on variable energy storage.

I'm in a rental half of the month, sometimes more. I won't waste time with the toy car.

Mine took 6 months to arrive, and 2 months to fix when it broke right after I got it.

I also charged the company $800 to fix my busted garage wall and get the drywall repaired.

I was able to finagle a hybrid RAV 4 from Wheels instead of a 2 month rental. This is almost theatrical in its stupidity

Can't imagine the money they are wasting.

Pascal had his time but it has become abundantly clear that time has passed and he needs to retire.

The whole EV thing is bad enough for morale, safety, and productivity. Throw the entire nonsensical carbon footprint flight restriction crap on top of it and it becomes ridiculous.

Has leadership decided they no longer want to compete on the same level as their competition? Handicapping and destroying the morale of your customer facing, frontline employees is not a recipe for success.

Can’t wait to hear the horror stories from those unfortunate enough to be forced into EVs as winter’s bitter cold spreads over our nation this week. I’m sure the sub-zero temps from Denver through the mid-west and the extreme lows in the east will do a serious number on those pieces of battery powered crap. I do pity the poor souls that will have to deal with them—-all in the misguided and made-up quest to be “green”. What a crock!!
