Any top 20 MBAs or top Finance Degrees making the field sales rep job a career, stupid?

Even your acronym usage is moronic

First you generalize top schools vs. state schools and now you hone in on top 20 MBA’s and finance? Quite the change. And yes, if you are going to be that specific, then you are correct, but that is an pretty targeted group. Wonder how many people in HQ have neither a top 20 school MBA or a finance degree? Also, wonder how many people in the field have a MBA? Really all it does is show your true colors as a self-important dolt. Now go kiss someone’s ass because really that is the #1 skill set I have seen over the years of someone in HQ,

We don't care about your part-time MBAs. If you have an MBA as a field rep, you're an idiot. You wasted money to more efficiently plan your lunches and coffee runs. Spend the rest of your weekend shining your name badge, minion.

For new technology to succeed, it can’t be equal. It’s got to be better and Tesla solved the battery problem! It can go 350 to 400 miles at a charge plus there’s no maintenance!! It is cost efficient for us to adopt EVs for our fleet work cars! In addition, AZ EV cars will help save the planet for our children!! I am dumbfounded why reps are against this bold and rewarding fleet car decision!! If you are not supportive of EVs, it is best you leave our forward thinking and socially responsible company. We MUST stop the destruction of our home, planet Earth.

So let me know which rep is driving a Tesla?
A couple of other questions for what is obviously an Ivy League trained mind:
1) Where do the minerals come from for the batteries?
2) Where does the power come from for the MAJORITY of charging stations? And what would be necessary to go a complete EV flip? More or less fossil fuels than what is needed now?
3) When will be the EV charging stations be as plentiful as gas stations? Next year? 2028? 2040? when?
4) What do you do with the toasted, toxic batteries once the crap out? A lot worse toxins than your little old alkaline D batteries.

So AZ EV cares will save the planet for our children? How? and When?

Amazing... responded to the above with very real stats and it got halted by guess who? No swears, no derogatory statements and still....no post. What has become of this country?

Just get an EV you bigot! We're running out of time and we have to do something, anything, even if it actually makes things worse!

After reading the FAQ document, the company will only reimburse $70 a month in electric charging cost. What will they do for those who live in areas with high electric rates even when charging off-peak? I can tell you where I'm at EV charging off peak at home can easily cost $5 or more a day.

Based on the wording sounds like we will have to pay any excess over the allowable $70 even if its work related. It states you can use a public charger if needed to continue your journey but they want it limited and will need to be expensed to corporate card so you know they will be tracking this in concur. If we are using the EV car for personal use since (we have to pay $140 a month for the privilege) what do we do on weekends? Do we need to use our own money to charge the car outside the house? At least with our gas and hybrid cars the fuel was always covered by the fuel card no matter if it was business or personal. If they plan to make us foot the bill then they need to get rid of the $140 personal use fee or significantly reduce it.

EV's across the board is such a staggeringly ignorant and misguided idea, it is comical. We are 5-10 years away from the technology and infrastructure being where it needs to be to make this enlightened decision realistically workable for the entire country.

If the plan was to destroy your field employee's morale and disincentivize them from wanting to leave their homes to work, the EV for all is a brilliant idea.

Novartis has Tesla’s they get about 100 Miles more per charge. Most areas don’t have the capacity to have all of us charge vehicles at chafing stations at the hospitals. Not sure how this will work in cold areas where if it’s below freezing the battery life drops by 30 percent. I would hate to be stuck on the highway in the freezing cold with no place to charge!

Has anyone asked for and received an exemption yet. I know at least two reps who filled out the form, but all they received was an email from HR saying the matter is closed. They received no resolution.

The problem in HQ is no one and I mean no one will say "the emperor has no clothes".

Thanks, Rep Economist. We will take your feedback and implement changes. Please look through Workday, and apply for AD and above positions only. We’re guessing that your brownie and cookie deliveries are the most efficient.
