that’s because in your day they would hire anybody from enterprise rent a car. These days there are fewer positions and it is much more competitive. Entry level reps at our competitors get fully loaded gas power vehicles with leather seats, often 3 row options. AZ stuffs us in the cheapest shitbox they can find and tell us to smile about it.
