Electric vehicle garage fire

It is well known and factual that gas powered cars are more likely to catch fire than electric cars. So you poorly informed chickenshits can rest easy and enjoy all of the benefits of electric cars - which are many.

So serious question - in all the decades that AZ sales reps have driven gasoline powered vehicles, has one ever set an employee's garage or house on fire? Ever?

Those stats don't include fires started by the chargers, because those fall under "structure fires" not "vehicle fires." For someone in a science field, you sure don't understand statistics.

Everything has pros and cons. Many of us don't appreciate not being given a choice, and the fact that the concerns are being ignored. The company is continuing to install chargers in employee homes, not yet knowing the results of the investigation - meaning the chargers might be dangerous. This is the definition of irresponsible.

Ha ha - a bootlicker smacking you with undeniable facts. Try again whiny chickenshit.

You are never going back to gas. In time you will admit your folly and stupidity.

Ask the rep whose garage was burned to the ground. The only reason the fire didn't spread to the house was because of the professional actions of the firefighters.

Bootlicker.

I would be more than willing to have my house burn down if it means adhering to a well thought out AZ policy that will also end global warming. If it does catch fire, hopefully I can get my family out before we all burn to death. But that’s the risk I am willing to take to be a loyal AZ employee! HAIL PASCOT!

Imagine all the cars on the road all trying to fight for the smattering of chargers instead of filling up at gas stations.

You would need acres and acres of chargers. And the cars would sit there for hours. Travel would slow to a crawl, and the entire economy would slow down. Hospitality, food service, every sector would have to be altered to account for the movement of people being so restricted.

That's how stupid these people are.

Please do not use common sense. Remember: do as I say, not as I do. Now excuse me, I need to get on my private jet for the third time this week.

So sad for the colleague and family that lost their home…
If the company has any clue they’re immediately making revisions to this program, I also suspect there will be a lot of damage control and resistance to continue driving these vehicles. I’m concerned now and have many questions. Way to go AZ!
Where are you coming from saying a family lost their home??? I thought this was a detached garage fire. Can someone please provide the facts and location of this event?

You just described their panacea. They'd love to see this from the window of their Gulfstream VI. Masses of people stuck in place as they streak by at 15000 metres.

You're supposed to be scared of the weather now, at least until the bird flu gets here. Then you'll have to wear a mask again. Do as they say.
