Isn't something is better than nothing until the judge lifts the writ of garnishment?
Be patient. All this whining is very tiring. DSI is in survival mode. Cut the management team some slack. At least you are getting partial payments, something the unemployed and homeless in this country are not getting. Be grateful for once in your life.

Maybe George should be grateful. I haven't seen an apology, an acknowledgement of at least some guilt or at the very least, a thank you to those of us who are still with him.

That was one of the issues with working for this company no matter how badly you were treated you were expected to be grateful that you had a job . No matter how hard you worked while the clique did whatever they wanted you should be grateful that you had a job . I don't know why anyone who was laid off would want their job back. You were already let go once & as the pro dynasplint posters have repeatedly posted only the under achievers aka the slackers were let go . In George's defense he has always been the glass is half full kind of guy . My question would be how did all of the executive managers allow this to happen ? They all are part to blame. Sean, Matt, Doug, Jane, Jonathan , they all own some of this mess.
 










































Susquehanna Bank filed a plea of Nulla Bona yesterday.
They are one of the garnishers. When will this all end????

Just let DSI to continue to operate to pay back the debts. If you put DSI out of business, the banks don't get paid. The banks are putting the squeeze play on the company.
Banks suck. Learn a lesson from this experience.

I hope DSI lawyers prevail!
