You cant possibly be serious? GH is in deep water. You are obviously GH himself or one of his kids. Employees aren't happy, most are looking for new jobs. We have been loyal long enough. How can one be calm and focused when things have only gotten progressively worse? I wait for the day I show up to work and the doors are locked.

This is a great company run by a GOOD, caring man who, like every small business might have run into tough times during the recession (mostly caused by a bad lawsuit/BAD bank decision). It's GOD's hand at work, people. HE has a plan.

While it's sad that people lost their jobs and homes, we now know who's to blame. And it wasn't the one and only person who the trolls have been attacking.

It's time to rebuild, rehire, and keep this great company growing again.

You need to re-read the case docket. No clue where you got your info, but there was no ruling at all that said DME supplied to Residents of Medicare-Certified SNFs are
NOT Categorically False Claim.

Yes they are still a provider, but read the recent court case documents. All Medicare payments are being withheld in a suspension account because of the lawsuit.
