Well, considering that you're the one who is calling names I would have to say that your age is closer to that of a 3 year old.
But you are correct, if the current employees want to work for free then so be it, but the least you could do is to tell the truth..all is NOT wonderful on the DSI front.

I knew this was coming and somehow I don't think the IRS is going to strike any kind of deal with him because I would have to say the taxes he owes are Employee taxes that were withheld from the employees pay.Good luck anyone that is still working there...please start looking for alternate employment. It's my understanding that Medicare is no longer doing business with Dynasplint. Is this true? Can anyone offer up any insight as to how this decision was announced and how it was sold to the employees? Thank you.
Yep that's true. No Medicare reimbursement for all those fittings they have done for the last several years and no contract going forward. They are no longer a Medicare company. It should be the knockout blow. Man, that karma really is a bitch after all!!!

But wait!!! hasn't GH been collecting Medicare payments he wasn't actually due since 2006?

Karma is a bitch. Someone please post how he spins this one. Is it the big bad banks that are against him or those nasty insurance companies that just don't understand who he is. He can do what he wants. There is no one to blame but GH. He has made horrible business decisions. I feel bad for any of the employees left there not for him or his family. He has taken care of them.
Far from miserable and even further from vindictive. While I do not wallow in someone else's misfortune and do not wish to see another 200+ people lose their job, the facts are the facts. Some of these hardworking employees that you speak of are 6 weeks behind in receiving just compensation for their hard work!! 40 hours of charity work a week when you have a family to take care only goes so far. Yet I see GH and any other persons whose last name is or was Hepburn have kept their million dollar houses, expensive automobiles, vacation homes in Bermuda and other material possessions while those that work for him are being forced into poverty. Oh Hell No!!!!
If GH actually told the truth 18 months ago when the employees pay wasn't deposited instead of making up excuse after excuse and promise after promise then I might have a little bit of sympathy for him.
However!!!! Not once has he admitted me made mistakes, instead he wants to blame it on the girl who ratted him out for the fraud...sorry but if she really was such a disgruntled, slacker, under-performer at her job...Why keep her on for 4 years? Then he lays blame on the banks..How dare them actually want to be repaid millions of dollars in business loans. Again, sorry but when you take loans out you do need to repay them with interest and if you default on them the banks have every right to take the necessary means to recoup what they are owed and that includes attorney's fees. That is how any bank works. If you don't pay your mortgage payment, wouldn't you expect to have your home foreclosed on? or if you don't make your car payment don't they come and repossess your car? Get real creditors will only work with you for so long before they cut their losses and come after you.
While I'm not the one investigating his medicare fraud, it would seem to me that there is some validity to the claim, otherwise, he wouldn't be cut off like he is now. Apparently they are finding what they are looking for to bring about charges against him. It's just a matter of time, federal investigations can take months, even years while they build a case against the person. They don't just wake up one morning and decide to prosecute you. Again, get real with the way the justice system works.
So go ahead and defend him and his family all you want, but in the end it will be those employees who have been lied to again and again, who are still owed money for work they did even if they sat on their ass all day and played cards, the current employees who from the sounds of this posts on this board are just as fed up by not being paid for 6 weeks, the IRS for the taxes he hasn't paid, CMS for paying him money that he wasn't entitled to...and anyone else who have legitimate claims against him will be victorious. GH and his family will be forced to endure the same treatment that he inflicted on 500+ employees from the first round of layoffs and possibly the other 200+ that are still there now.
All this because he wants to play the blame game instead of being a man and owning up to the fact that he f*cked up!!
Ladies and Gentlemen still working for this horrid company and even worse owner....there are jobs out there to be found..please break free from this ball and chain and do what you need to do to take care of your own family!!! Leave this greedy man and his family to wallow in their own shit.
