Everyone that has left that hell hole has found a much better job! People get out while you can and find a real job.
The grass isn't always greener across the street.
The loyal workers are staying to rebuild the company.
They are being rewarded by drawing a good, stable income with a revitalized company.
Again, no one is keeping anyone from leaving.
The working environment has improved tremendously!

How could these scumbags hire new people? They are in trouble for Medicare Fraud, labor disputes, liens and lawsuits for not paying their bills. This just baffles me on how they haven't been closed down like they should be. If you are looking for a position say as far as you can away from this place!!

Dynasplint really should come with a warning label..... they rip off both employees and patients. As long as inherently dishonest people are running it, the end result will be the same.
Leave the employees and the company alone.
Obviously, they are quite happy and secure.
No one is holding them hostage.

My mental health is just fine, but your concern is appreciated, especially if you are the germ-a-phobe nut job I think you are.
It is very fair to point out that the employees that are there aren't being forced to stay. Like any other job, they can walk away whenever they want to, so clearly they don't want to.
Your a sad, pathetic human. Your just jealous that you can't find a decent paying job like DSI and they won't take you back.
They have several different companies that they switch and bait with. Shell companies that can hide things with DynaSplint Systems, Landmark Medical, Hepburn Companies, .org's, etc. If you want to be involved in fraudulent activities sign up the Feds love prosecuting people!!
