Dynasplint, Dynasplint, Dynasplint

I would like to chime in that DSI is a great place to work now. There are no cliques, lots of the "bad" people are now gone, and everyone is being paid and treated fairly. It feels like a close knit family. Everyone is happily working hard to keep the company going. Things are getting better daily and morale is improving. There us no better product or place to work. Hopefully, those who want to come back can later this year. Thank you DSI and GH.

WHEWWW!!! another personality comes out. I have lost track at the number of personalities this bitch has. Are we up to #4 or 5?

Thanks for your input once again Bonnie. Can we hear from a real "worker bee" as you put it.

Seriously?
Good luck with that suit.

DSI has now violated the Federal WARN Act. Every one of the 500 laid off employees have a right to file against GH personally and DSI as a company. 100% of their back wages, bonuses, expenses and benefits along with 401K and taxes have not been paid.

It is time to bury DSI in Labor Relations lawsuits. Unfortunately that does mean that those still left working may very well end up without a job.

GH should have done the right thing 6 months ago toward those employees. If you want to lay blame on anyone, it is best to lay it directly on him..it is GH's fault and no one else's.

There is a class action lawsuit in the works. Please email Stuart at SJM@lankmill.com or Sam at Sam@lankmill.com (Stuart's Paralegal). Or the phone # is (212) 581-5005. Let them know that you were one of the employees laid off by Dynasplint on August 6th and that you want information regarding your rights under the WARN Act. See link regarding the WARN Act if you aren't familiar with it: http://www.employmentlawhandbook.com...bor-laws/warn/

At this point in time it really doesn't matter who the kool-aid drinkers are that are posting how great GH is and how DSI will be successful or anything else negative about the laid off employees.

What matters now is that there is a class action federal lawsuit against DSI as well as a federal lawsuit from the Dept. of Labor. GH has not responded to the Dept of Labor and they have moved forward. The lawsuit for the WARN Act violation lawsuit, GH has 30 days to respond which from his previous actions he will ignore as well.

Present employees, this is your fair warning that DSI is not recovering from this, and if you choose to continue to back him, you will be in the same situation that those 500 employees have had to deal with since August.

Amen!

Unfortunately for those who have been there for a good number of years know the truth.... GH has always suffered from an inability to produce an accurate P&L statement. The problem that has come to a head now has raised its ugly head several times in the last decade to mention a few..... different lenders, not paying taxes, with-holding 401 k monies, etc..... THIS isn't the first time but it is the first time that GRH hasn't been able to "wheel and deal" himself out of it. Good luck to all those involved. You probably deserve better

I don't work at Dynasplint and never have. I don't know the company that way. I know Dynasplint as one of the most upstanding companies in the area I live in. I see Dynasplint sponsoring local events like the 4th of July Parade, helping the local Severna Park Assistance Network with canned food drives, and donating lots of money to charity and worthy causes like the University of Maryland's School of Medicine.

I know several people that work at Dynasplint, and I grew up knowing the owner and his family as kind, generous, and caring people. At that time I didn't know that there was even a correlation between them and Dynasplint.

So that's where I'm coming from. Anyone that talks about Dynasplint ownership being greedy or selfish, just doesn't know what they are talking about. Those people should look inside themselves for those characteristics, before they plaster Dynasplint with that kind of unwarranted hyperbole.

Amen to this - nothing has changed.
They are good people.

Really? You had to have gone back to the first page or two to find anything positive said about GH. That is a sure sign of desperation. Actions speak louder tht words. Pay the employees, taxes, 401, insurance, suppliers ect. Has he spoke any words of truth in the last year? Think about what the track record is presently with his promise. What a joke. Keep drinking the Kool aid.

I received a call today from Sam (Samantha) stating that this lawsuit was filed as of this past Friday.

My daughter and I are both on board.

Guess you know who this is :)
