Dynasplint, Dynasplint, Dynasplint

Not true whatsoever!

The Bank is paid off
All commissions have been paid
Back wages and expenses have been paid
Dental coverage is restored
Everyone got a Christmas bonus
People WERE called back in November
The annual Christmas party was the best ever
The Medicare lawsuit was dropped
And, there really is a Santy Claus!

And pigs can really fly!

Enjoy your DSI Xmas bonus.
Just don't spend it all at the bar!

as a competitor it has been baffling to watch this all implode and see this seemingly shady CEO continue to scam prior employees out of money owed

however, on our side reimbursement has gotten worse and worse and we have lost major managed care payors, so we cant even pick up your slack and gain market share. damn shame all around.

Seemingly shady?

Seemingly shady?
Not too shady considering most direct bill (patient) dme companies have taken a big hit in the 4th quarter with Obamacare and even more changes taking effect in the coming weeks and months.

My question to any honest person on here, since I have not been able to get an answer from Dynasplint directly, have taxes been paid? I have moved on and am not even expecting to get the money owed to me at this point but considering we need to file taxes in the next month or so I would like to know that the past due taxes have been taken care of. Please no smart ass comments, just an honest answer if you know.

Best of luck in the New Year to past and present employees!

No idea. I left before the layoff, but I am wondering how the hell they plan on doing W-2s this year. I can't imagine they've been keeping good records.

Regardless of anything ADP will still provide us with our W2, I called ADP to verify that I'll get mine
If he hasn't paid the our state and federal taxes we won't be penalized the Government will go after him

Not true

You are held responsible and should pay estimated taxes
You have until Jan 15, or you will have to pay back taxes, penalties and interest
I checked with my accountant

So you verified those taxes have not been paid? How would we know? Our paystubs up until Mid-July had the itemization of taxes withheld and then obviously the last paycheck most of us received was handwritten with no breakdown, just money withheld. I have no idea how we verify if taxes have been paid to the IRS, do we call and give our SSN?

I verified that I would get my W2 if they closed the doors, and since my last pay stub shows my taxes was with held the accountant that does my taxes told mei would not be fine since he held my taxes out of my check

Payroll taxes positively have not been paid.

Payroll tax payments for the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2013 have not been paid. Even though taxes are showing as withheld from paystubs only means that GH/Dynasplint kept them. Yet another issue to add to the never ending DSI financial corruption.

I would suggest that each person contact a tax accountant in their own state since laws can differ from state to state. Your W-2 should match what your paystub shows as withheld and need to be mailed by Jan 31st and according to ADP they will be mailed to the address that they have on file. Yes I do know that there were numerous checks issued that do not have the itemized breakdown.

Yes you could be held responsible for taxes not paid to the State of MD..that much I can tell you according the State of MD Comptroller's office.

Good luck to everyone and I hope 2014 brings you much success.

Rhonda

Thanks Rhonda.
Just when you think that it can't possibly get any worse, it does.
The CEO is such a sleaze defrauding everyone if what you posted is true.

I feel bad for all the former employees who will now face interest payments and penalties.
People better get an estimated tax payment to the IRS by Jan 15 !!!

That would mean we need to estimate for July since those not employed were laid off August 6. Laid off workers were not employed during the remainder of the 3rd and 4th quarters. I did get a similar answer from corporate that they are working with the IRS to catch up on these payments and that only the corporation can be held responsible, I will not trust their word alone though and be relying on my accountant for the correct procedure at this point.
