She wasn't at work because her mother was DYING. She is at work all of the time now and she does work. You obviously arent in the reauthorization department if you want to make such callous accusations.

Company still owes hundreds of people wages, back pay, etc. So if the insurance was cancelled at one point does DS give the employees a refund for premiums since they weren't paid to the insurance company? Or does DS contribute more money for interest to employees 401k since that money wasn't contributed either?
Lawsuit still going strong and DS still cannot process Medicare claims. So if its 35% of the overall business how can they stay alive after that big of a cut?
None of the empty promises that GH made came true. No one has been called back except to fill positions where people left. Bank loans still due and legal proceedings still active.
No end in sight for DS....they should avoid all of the damage being done these past months and just file for bankruptcy and get it over with.

I kept the faith in myself and found another job far away from DS, I'll consider my prayers answered.

And yet we were supposed to be paid up by the end of October, wait, beginning of November, wait, end of the year.

Two weeks to pay down 4 million? Doubt it.
