Yes it is true! Spoke with one, they are still on staff but have given their 2 week notice!!! I checked my mail, no back pay as of yet, still owed well over 15k! Oh and we don't officially have health insurance coverage yet! HQ's plan for anyone needing to fill a prescription is for me to pay it and Dynasplint will reimburse me.....they seriously want me to believe they are going to reimburse me?? I just shelled out over $50 for a prescription because we technically don't have coverage, I called and asked for a card, but since we don't have coverage we don't have a card just yet!

401 K is not up-to-date. We've had August paid only.
 


















Everyone! Everyone! Slow down and chill! Everything you are so concerned about like your little health insurance and 401k will be taken care of soon enough so just chill out and let it come to you. You all know that in time we will once again have our excellent income with this outstanding company led by veterans of times like this. Have faith friends! My goodness just chill for goodness sake.

We were just now paid for the 10/28-11/3 week on the 15th. So we should have been paid the 11/4-11/10. We can't be paid for the week of the 11th when the 15th would have been paid on that date---so only one week behind, and then the "second" week is just the normal delay of pay.

Everyone is getting paid excellent income, it beats unemployment.

The Xmas bonus will be HUGE as a big thank you now that everything has been settled!

The company is back on track, people are being called back this week as promised.
Health care and dental has been reinstated
Those laid off will get their back pay, vacation pay, and expense reimbursement by tomorrow!

Great news! Thank you so much! If I may, may I ask, when those folks laid off are called back they will be getting paid back pay for the time away, and will it be back taxed? Thank you for taking care of those who have stuck this out, it was not easy but it is worth it.

No, no. You must not have read what I wrote correctly...
We are missing the pay from THE WEEK OF THE LAYOFF (8/5-8/11) - check your paystubs from 8/23.

Then, switching from 2 week pay periods to weekly, pushed us an extra (2nd) week behind - which GH said he would catch up on by making a double payment on payroll by the end of September. Which never happened. I've also confirmed with Payroll that we are 2 weeks behind on pay.
