If all of the salaries, bonuses, expenses, taxes and 401k contributions have been paid off that is very good news, for current and past employees. Can you confirm this for past employees? Maybe George sent an email or letter regarding the payments and if/when those that were laid off could expect a call back?

OPPOSITION means that they are AGAINST releasing the funds. GH evidently told the truth about those funds as well as the property he owns. A Writ of Garnishment means that B B & T has found money or property to seize any and they will or have seized it.
The motion to QUASH is GH's feeble attempt to weasel his way out of paying what he owes EVERYONE!!

No one is getting paid. All of the people that kept this place running are gone. Most people have secured other jobs and have no intention of returning. This place won't be rebuilt it will be shut down!

Yet we are still a week behind on pay checks--something George said he would amend in SEPTEMBER!
Were actually 2 weeks behind on pay...
We never got paid for the week of the lay off, then moving from biweekly to weekly pay pushed us a 2nd week behind.. GH stil saying to date we're only 1 week behind, but i have confirmed with payroll that we are in fact behind 2 weeks pay. 1 week GH saying he wont pay back until BB&T is paid in full...
