That half of the laid off employees would be called back by October. It's NOVEMBER!! And yet another LIE!! He will lie on top of another lie to keep his bullshit of a business running. From direct deposits to bonuses. ALL LIES!!!! Wake the fuck up and use common sense. This "company" is not going anywhere but down! Believe me! At the time of the layoff George had pulled me in his office and begged me to stay and I said NO! He should've listened to Steve Bailey and he didn't so Bailey left. He shouldn't listened to Sean Murphy and he didn't so Murphy left. You think they got bored?? No! They saw the finance reports and possible issues with MCR in late 2011/early 2012.

STOP telling ex-employees to get lost and wake the fuck up for two seconds and use common sense.

Shitty part is, that car goes nowhere without gas, and the bank still wants their monthly payment for your car even though you haven't been paid your car allowance since July!

Couldnt agree more. She is never at work. She takes off all the time yet wont let more than two of the staff off at once. Anyone can become manager of reauth after scoring bonus every month for working the easiest insurance companies. And being best buds with MP. Anytime you try to make the department better by pointing out things that can help, she belittles you and makes you feel stupid. While she isnt responsible for DSI's current situation I can tell you firsthand she was responsible for lots of money lost within the reauth department because she ignored errors pointed out by her staff. How she still has a job is crazy to me.

That's against the law, 2 people off at one time, it's not a company policy then she can not implement it for her dept, if your company had more then 50 employees you follow DOL laws not make up your own, what's appalling is it doesn't apply to her because she's never there, how much time does she accumulate, she maxed it just in one month

Whoever is preaching on here about earning excellent incomes, chilling, and working for an excellent company needs to end the nonsense - not funny. The story of Dynasplint is not of poor old me George Hepburn like he wants to portray instead its about a business man who shunned his nose at everyone especially all the hard working employees who made him. The bank took what was rightfully theirs and will continue until they are paid in full which is why he is so desperate for a loan since he knows its only a matter of time before they are granted receivership or cease another account. Please remember BB&T is not in the wrong as George would like you to believe. He knew the terms and timeline, but his arrogance got in the way. Its sad to say one mans ego has forced so may to suffer. The most disheartening fact of the whole saga is his utter disrespect for his entire work force and the failure to accept any blame. He owes past wages, bonuses, expenses, 401 K, taxes, HSA, and health insurance, but chooses to hire back people before paying previous owed debts. How could any past or present employee feel any empathy for a man who only cares about what is in the best interest of the corporation - Dynasplint. Dynasplint liked to play the family angle, but that is so far from the truth. Its never been about the employees its only about George and Dynasplint.

Just a tid bit for reps with company credit cards. Your name and SS are tied to that card. In the case if DSI defaults, Am Ex comes after you!!!

HMMM not sure I believe this. Reps that have an AmEx corporate card. Did you sign anything that gave DSI or AmEx permission to use your SS # in order to obtain that AmEx card? If you didn't and they come after you then you have a very good case for Identity Theft as well.

This is totally true! Dynasplint asked for the SS# before the corporate card was issued. I've heard too many awful stories of employees having a corporate credit card and am ex came after the employee and rightfully so, when the company went under. I'm not from corporate, I could care less what you put on that card, I'm simply trying to look out for you, I promise! Heck I think George has absolutely lost his mind, he has let insurance lapse and his fix is for us to get an individual plan and he will reimburse us??? Really??? With what money should I pay for that policy? Since he owes me over 15k in back expenses, wages and bonuses! And why should I believe him when he says he will reimburse me????
