What happens when the majority of this reps business leaves? We're not talking about a couple hundred specimens a week but much more than that.

No one in Sales has been at AIT for 10+ years. Only a handful (maybe 5-6) of 10+ year employees are left in the entire company.

That's not to say you aren't right though. Many 10+ year employees have been fired over the past 1-2 years.
