It is too late to list the things that are wrong. Too bad you didn't listen to the employees and you chose to listen to the bank idiot and SL. If you really want to know, ask who is left. However, they probably won't say anything because they know they will get fired. That is clearly proven!
1. Placement of sales reps or whatever you call us now; dissolving territories that were producing revenue...from SL's heat map
2. Unattainable quotas form SL's heat map...
3. Not getting paid because not producing what SL's heat map says.
4. Promises broken
5. Firing quality employees because they didnt fit into SL's heat map or didnt play BB's game.
6. Lack of managements trust in their employees
7. Hires/promotions that make no sense because of ass kissing.
8. Managed care coverage
9. Lies, lies lies...
10. Running off great employees without trying to keep them
11. Politics!!!
12. SL's heat map when he doesn't understand reimbursement and the industry.

Since you don't get numbers, how do you measure yourself against other AE's?Since we don't get numbersor anything, I have no idea what is going on...How many sales reps do we have left? All i have seen are people leaving...Is anyone growing?
