Dropping like flies

Well JB leaving...sure Miss TS is ready to assume that VP role. Doc is clueless thinking the company will get Best Places to Work....keep the music playing and move those deck chairs. ICEBERG STRAIGHT AHEAD!!!

Miserable because you have performance expectations now?

No, miserable because they've created sales drones and place no value on the employees. Face it folks, as many people have said in the past. The plan has and will continue to be to polish this thing up and get it sold off so Doc can right his wrongs and pay his millions of dollars of debt. That's the focus will remain on the almighty dollar to satisfy the debts no matter what the cost. Some very talented and smart individuals have left and will continue to leave as no one at the top, on the board, or at the bank really cares about any of the employees interests, careers, or needs. "Oh how the mighty fall".

No one at the top cares who leaves! The sole goal is to get the bank back as much money as it can.

Absolutely correct! That is why goals are so aggressive: It looks good to the board that they'll get on track financially. BUT even if the goals aren't reached, they didn't have to pay out bonus = more money they saved.

Specimens will continue to decline and will plummet as reps are heading out. Turnover costs companies a lot of money. AIT can't afford turnover but its happening more frequently than ever.
