Dropping like flies

Two more managers just left. This is hilarious! This place is a revolving door of talent! The good leave and the lackluster come in behind them.

The good are leaving as we speak! I'm talking to all of my clients before I turn in my resignation. LS, hold on to your panties, the specimens are dropping!!!

More reps are leaving soon. This is the most resignations I have seen in the last 6 months. I wonder what the new CEO is thinking and how long SL will be around. Stay tuned...

This is 100% accurate. It's not just a couple of reps either. It is many high volume reps that are going to be leaving soon. Very soon.

What will the high volume reps do when they leave, find another company that hopefully values their experience and relationships, but then.................. WAIT a MINUTE!!.. I have to enter calls, leave my house, have a company car or gas card where mileage vs calls are confirmed, work with my manager? This work thing really sucks, doesn't it?

Have a great time - Reality is about to slap you around.

If AIT is such a sunken ship, worthless, non-player, how will you be taken seriously in an interview? Ever thought of that?

You stink of fear and kool aid. You must be a recently promoted RSM with little experience outside of AIT.

Scream, nash your teeth, tear at your clothes, it makes no difference. AIT has failed and you with it. If you are not looking for other opportunities, you are an idiot. It is you who is looked at as a fool by others in the industry as it is a small one and AIT has become a laughing stock. The quicker you separate, the more business savvy you appear and you do a great disservice to any good sales professionals remaining by trying to convince them otherwise.

If it's not a sinking ship then why are so many reps leaving? Do you think AIT will retain the business once the reps leave? One left today more to come very soon.

Go to the Intranet homepage. Look at the list of "departures". When you see multiple managers, HR people and accountants leaving, that means you have a problem.

So, if you're not on your way out the door, then you're on the way down with the ship... And to answer your question... How would you be taken seriously in an interview after leaving AIT? Simple. Just say "I was smart enough to leave"...

Looks like you wouldn't pass that part of the interview though, would you?

;-)

Thanks SL for your input! I don't think leaving the house, making/entering calls or working with my manager is the problem. We all work to provide for our families. When AIT again takes money from the AE's, we get unhappy, don't give 100%, and look for other jobs. It's not personal, it's just business. The executive team should understand! Why should AE's go out and damage our reputations for AIT when we cannot be competitive !

Instead of wasting your time on the Internet you may want to think about what your going to say to the board and new CEO about so many people leaving and numbers continuing to decline. How's it going to look at the end of the year when the company is less than 65% of quota and you've had a significant amount of employees leave since you've been hired. The rep who left yesterday wass just the tip of the iceberg. Be sure to keep checking your inbox for resignations.
