Agreed! 3 quarters (and counting!) of missing this crucial, high-visibility goal by a mile, consequences will be severe. I'm surprised they haven't already fired any Hematology VP's
 






There's no end to the idiocy here! The TLL's were just screwed over and laid off and now they are hiring more?! I give them (maybe) 6 months until they get canned too.

And 3 new full-time positions just to cover vacant territories? Just fill the $%#@ vacant territories! (unless the reputation of Sobi is now so bad that no one worth a crap will join!). Who are these idiots running this sh#t show?!

No reason to backfill with at least another half dozen leaving at the end of April. Waiting to condense some territories.

The reality is that Sobi ran this drug into the ground by putting too many people on it, pushing unrealistic expectations, and restricting what can be said. 1.7bb is chump change in the world of acquisitions especially with an approved asset. The former CTI team had this drug moving pretty well and unfortunately Sobi just has the wrong people both leading and selling it.

You were taking your life in your hand when standing near the snack table during break at the NHM. The large Sobi bred older bovines are most active whenever the feeding commences.
 












So how many people are leaving this shit show today? I am giving my notice in a couple of hours and cannot wait. Management is the worst I have seen. I hear that DJ is an absolute horror and a few down South have absolutely no clue. Good bye Sobi and good luck.
