Why do all Sobi meetings follow the same horrible format -- out of touch mgrs trying to teach reps how to sell. Who actually thinks they are going to bring on 1 new Vonjo patient a month?

Fick this place! Get Out Now! I’m on my Final panel at an Oncology Company but I’m CTI and have the skills the Dopey/Sobi reps are badly lacking. Too bad for you, ChA Ching for me. Don’t worry, you never had a chance competing with me! Dopey/Mopey/Sobi is the pinnacle of their careers! Hahaha “Rare Disease” specialists HAHAHA you couldn’t sell yoir way outta a paper bag! Lucky Legacy Sobi, they get to role play until they sound like HANK!
 






If you are a CTI rep the company considers you a second-class citizen. We Sobi folks received our LTI payment a little over 5 months after the September layoff (in Feb as usual) and you're still waiting for your retention. Wouldn't surprise me if you got let go before you get paid.

I was surprised that HK announced Monday that they didn't hit the 1st quarter goal for this contest already with weeks more vonjo data still to be counted, so it must not be even be close.

With sales peaking last summer, coupled with the ridiculous price they paid for CTI, the pressure on the salesforce is at an all time high and firings, PIP's and layoffs are coming soon!
