No experienced hem onc rep ever though LTIs were more attractive than stock options or RSUs. LTIs are used at Sobi because they can. Doptelet is so easy to sell that any primary care rep can do it. Would you offer options or RSUs to a primary care rep? Now that Sobi reps got pay bumps they are like pigs in sh#t thinking they hit the lotto. Typical ghetto mindset. The real hem onc reps will be gone shortly.

Yep on the CTI side. Connie is known as the worst mgr at CTI. True story: her Albany rep told her that he could not work with her on the 1st day of a 2 day ride along due to a doctor's appt. Connie told him that she would just wait for him in the doctor's office. HR had to tell her that was not okay!

I'm a former CTI KAM and I am shocked at the GSK label which was just approved! For all of you from Sobi, this is the nightmare scenario which will push us to 3rd line with sales comparable to Fed. No way this group will be sustained, huge cuts coming soon so go to your next gig while you have a chance!
