They just fired someone from KaRen's Sh%t List from our region who was way over 100% to goal! WTF?! Does anyone know what's going on here, are all those CAM's targeted for firing now?

I'm on her sh*t list too, and btw she's adding 2 more per region every quarter to the list so be ready! And the most demeaning and heartless part is that poor CAM was fired right before she could collect the LTI and the big bonus she earned.

No way to win here: get fired by KaRen, company gets sold and you have no equity, or promacta goes generic and we all lose our jobs.

If someone asks questions or pushes back on anything from management they are labeled “negative” and “not team player”. They are being given a letter of reprimand to be reevaluated in 30 days - as a notice. Then being fired as “not manageable” and detrimental to the team. Basically REN is surrounding herself with a—kissers and people she can control.

I don’t think anyone is being pushed out in my region. I do know they hired a consulting group. Main rumor I hear is with all the calls/targeting emphasis they are looking to sell. It seems Doptelet is the only product making money but no idea if that’s based on US sales for entering in foreign markets. It is strange that we don’t have our H1 sales numbers

BS! Just ask the ones who went through this! Other region managers instead of standing up for us joined KaRen on these meetings and it was a nightmare! We heard 2 on her sh&t list have now been fired, others will follow. This harassment won't stop unless we report it. Make sure everyone knows and report it!

Agreed! We all work for an excellent European company that clearly values their employees. Why are we the only ones living in a never-ending big pharma nightmare? If they knew in Sweden what abuses we've endured, they will understand why so many have left and change it! If you see anything, report it!!

We just heard more are gone and not just CAM's. Does anyone know how many and if they were fired?
