‘Seriously. You are worried about Promacta generic? This product line has never been profitable, sales are slumping AGAIN this year and AZ looms as a buyer. Generic Promacta in two years is not the problem here.

You're right! Its a definite dead end in 2 years but this ship will probably sink long before then. I'm hoping for a new job in January, good luck!

Every other drug in the company is tanking so they keep demanding ridiculous levels of growth even though this me-too drug has been out for years now. The whole mess is a house of cards, one shaky step from complete collapse. Get out now

Already seeing warning signs of the coming collapse. The head of sales has now called many CAM's directly and threatened them with PIP's. We heard that many of these were very highly ranked, so this looks like a desperate move. Does anyone have more info on this about who was targeted and why she's micro-managing and bypassed their managers?

This was humiliating and undeserved! I may win the sales trip this year but it still felt like I was being targeted and she was very condescending. Now I'm anxious about my job when I should be getting congratulations for a great year.

This makes sense. Why else would she target top-ranked CAM's? Heard that some that she threatened were ranked in top 5, no one feels secure and almost everyone I know is looking.

Me too! Don't be fooled, she is NOT what she appears to be!

This undeserved harassment is nothing new for us. The Dova legacy group has always been treated like garbage. For those of you who weren't here, during Covid everyone else in Sobi was told to remain safely at home while we were forced to go to offices and live meetings and had our goals raised many times!
 






I agree 100% and get ready! They are about to announce more ridiculously high goals for us (again!). The launch ended years ago and its irrational and insulting to demand this from us!

Watch and see, the other Sobi divisions won't be subjected to this insanity. Once again, we are being singled out for abuse!
