Goals are ridiculous and given halfway thru the quarter as if we are supposed to think it just took that long to come up with such an improvement. Not a conspiracy theorist by any stretch but come on. Can’t sell that shit to decent salespeople. Nowhere near a reasonable increase against baseline. They obviously think so much of themselves they think we can’t do basic fucking math. And before one of you assholes starts on the “you’re a loser for still being there” bandwagon get over yourself you really do suck or you wouldn’t still be trolling.

Yes, I keep hearing big layoff will coincide with Promacta going generic this fall. Please post here if you hear anything reliable on this since no one will tell us the truth from management.

Remember that they cant force you to go to these useless, disease-spreading meetings. I missed the Arizona one and I'm so glad I did since many people got Covid! How the hell can they justify this risk again with nothing new?!

Stan was forced out because a lot of people got covid at his stupid, needless meeting and now the new "leaders' are doing it again! There's nothing new here and they are forcing us to take this risk just to role play a &@#%# slim jim!

Stan is gone because of low sales, high turnover and DBarnes wanted his own people here. Management does not care about the Wuhan Virus thus they continue to have these meetings and insist on reps be out in the field proactively begging for Rx's.
 


















There have been a large number of resignations recently at manager level and (as usual!) no announcements and no explanations given. This always happens before a big cut since the higher levels know its coming long before we do.

If anyone knows any specifics, please post here since they continue to deliberately keep us in the dark. We have families and mortgages here and we deserve to know the truth!

Agreed! Everyone I talk to is nervous about cuts and buyouts and are looking because they cant afford to take the risk. So many good people have left and time and again they say we are the top priority but then they cut more positions.

If they really believed we are the priority for Sobi's future as they keep saying, they would (at the very least) put in place a position guarantee through the patent expiration of Doptelet.
