"Do Not Rehire" list?



















I work at home office in a totally different area. I can tell you that this thread is a constant area of discussion and we are all waiting for the other shoe to drop. Who is ahead of recruiting? Why have they not been fired for letting this list exist and be circulated?

Hmm.....if you worked in the home office then you would know who is the head of recruiting. The home office has very few people who work in it so it isn't hard to know everyone's name or area of responsibility. So much for your insider information about "all waiting for the other shoe to drop". You have no clue what the inside of the Home office looks like or even who works there. So much for a list - that doesn't exist -except in the minds of those who are inferior and blame anything on their not being able to land a position when the REAL answer is staring them in the mirror!

HR does not rub shoulders with everyone in the home office. Also... Head of recruiting? Don't you mean Director of Human Resources? LoL
There is another area that is kept separate despite the size of the home office; however, there are little birds that fly around chirping. The area in which I speak of is of about ten or less. I will say no more as it will become a little too obvious.
As for your comment about looking in the mirror... Isn't it getting a little old for you? You pass the buck to avoid looking at the real problem, which is a corrupt and very unprofessional environment!
 


















I have a copy on the list on a Excell spreadsheet listing name, location, reason for "don not rehire" and contract. I'd be happy to pass it along if someone has an idea on how to do so.

That has already been tried about 18 months ago. PSS got their sleazebag attorneys and the dimwits in HR to relentlessly email the person that with legal threats. They are obviously very scared too have this list made public.
 






They can't do shot. They threatened because they think you don't know otherwise. They think you know nothing about the law and that you are ignorant and they're trying to take advantage of that. There's not a damn thing they can do if you decide to post the list.

I'm planning on setting up an address that doesn't contain my name. This is after I receive the legal clarification on getting a subpoena for an email address. More to follow...
 






























Are you really that stupid? It is a list created by HR and recruiters to black ball employees that they no longer wanted to work at this cesspool. Can you comprehend that concept dummy?

Low Pay, poor benefits, no car, contract ends (often by surprise) and no severance? That kind of thing?

100% unfair to create such a list. After all they created the situation if they allow business partners to put the unknowing employees in a guaranteed-to-screw-you situation.

People see will see it for what it is. Very Temporary....at best. Shame on them!
