"Do Not Rehire" list?

If you look at the personnel policy link online, it mentions the do not rehire list as a possible consequence of violating some policies. The fact that the list exists isn't secret. I believe you can also find out if you're on it. And if you're firwd, they will likely tell you then if you're going on the list.

You're a stupid fuck.

What? Not one thing you've stated is true.

First off fat ass, you don't sell anything. You're call faker and pizza delivery girl. I have never been a DM and don't know how anyone could do that job to babysit whiny dimwitted cellulite ridden drama queens like you Bertha. Now go eat another donut, take 2 days off then shut the fuck up.
Low rent white trash venting and projecting their issues on CP...perhaps?

gotta agree that companies have a list or 'flag' for recruiters so recruiters can 'avoid' certain candidates.. worked for another CSO for a few years, never a problem rolling onto next business..until I had counterpart throw me under the bus (yes, they played it like TV episode of Survivor)..all of a sudden my DMs grilling me, 4 months latter contract ends...all of a sudden they don't know my name, no calls for even a phone screen...

I collected unemployment despite being on the list like this via another contract company
You can be placed on the list and collect unemployment. The list and capability to collect unemployment are two seperate issues.
Also... every company has some sort of system or database to steer clear of unwanted employees. The difference in this situation is that the list has left the hands of Publicid and has circulated out and has scattered like a feather pillow being stabbed by a knife and held out over a five story balcony. It's everywhere and that's a huge no no Publicis. That's why there is a an entire thread going on and on about it. It's ridiculous what a f**k up that is!

I have the list and you would be amazed at how many people are on it with no reason listed at all under the "reason for termination" heading. This is a major lawsuit waiting to happen to this clown outfit. Just tell me where I can post it truly anonymously and I will do so. I have tried twice to post it on this site but they won't let it go through.

Post is on Glassdoor, or write in to your local newspaper, create a website, etc. If you truly had a list you wished to share, you would find a way to make it public. Use your brain and figure it out, there is always a way.

Post it on another companies site and direct people from here to there.

It's the people that run this site (CP) that will not allow it so I can't put it on anyone's site on here. the person I sent it too on here last year (look at earlier posts from April 2013) received threatening emails from PSS legal dept so obviously they are very afraid of this coming out.

I work in the home office. We got served a subpoena today to turn this list over to plaintiff's attorney, This should be interesting.

I work at home office in a totally different area. I can tell you that this thread is a constant area of discussion and we are all waiting for the other shoe to drop. Who is ahead of recruiting? Why have they not been fired for letting this list exist and be circulated?
