Probably the buffoons who talked on it. What an absolute embarrassment. I don’t know how these jokes of management sleep at night. I’ve never seen a sales organization displace people without taking into consideration performance. What a disgrace of a company.

This is the brutal truth behind the way this company is oriented. Shareholder value is king. They know people will be hurt/pissed now, but they can absorb that burden for the time being. They have to “pull the rug” from underneath the reps so no one becomes a lame duck. They need to milk ya until they don’t need ya! This is just good old capitalism at its finest baby! You can be mad at the LT for the execution of this change but blame the free market and capitalism for why it happened!

Can you explain why managers and lower level leadership did not even have a say and were purposefully left out of the process?

Can you explain why people with 20, 30, etc. years of service to GSK were let go while employees who were just hired were kept?

Can you explain why you didn’t enact a hiring freeze to prevent this?

Can you explain why you displaced people and then are giving them the opportunity to apply for open positions? Shouldn’t you have just placed them in the open positions?

Can you explain why employees should ever trust you again? Because rest assured, WE WILL NEVER TRUST YOU AGAIN!

In IT you had to train your 1nd1@n replacement. The DEAR LEADERS insisted it wasn't "training" but a period during which the replacements would learn the skills needed to do the job.
 
























Ever since before the launch things have been messed up. The lists were bad, the Mtrx data was bad, stockers given to AIR, no credit for pull through with stockers etc. they think reps don’t do anything. They cut our budgets which made our access even worse. They think their digital marketing and account managers who never get in front of HCPs are all they need to increase referrals to retail. They don’t value anything but their own stupid ideas. Curious when was the last time they were actually working in the field.

hey the way I look at it, fuck em, don’t spend another day working for these scum bags. Let them pay you to do nothing but look for a new job. They can pay you with the 1+ BILLION they made on Arexvy in 4 months. Do what’s best for you just like these greedy pieces of shit do what’s best for them. anyone still employed in the VBU can’t be very confident in this joke of a leadership team, no matter how much company Kool Aid you drink. Anyone miss Al Thompson? He’d have never let this happen, especially the way it went down. The VBU lost its heart and soul when he left. These jokes in charge now are a pathetic excuse of a replacement. The best is the use of the word integrity by GSK. Maybe the biggest oxymoron in the history of the word.

Emma big ring 15 million a year Wormsley “2023 was the best year ever at GSK!” The VBU drives everything we do at GSK. No reduction in headcount!
