With great salaries and bonuses comes the risk of job displacement. Get a job with the government at 1/3 your salary. I don't want to hear your sour grapes.
That’s right. Tell these losers to go make Riesling with those sour grapes.Exactly. Enough of these sour grapes and bitter pills.
Exactly!!!That’s right. Tell these losers to go make Riesling with those sour grapes.
To post # 11. Emma got a 52% raise. Most got 2%. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.
As a salesperson, your primary focus should be on our variable compensation structure. Base pay serves as a foundation, but it's your performance against sales and metric goals that determine your overall compensation. Aim high, exceed your targets, and you'll reap handsome rewards.

He stayed for 30 years annoying his coworkers and regularly underperforming. Never had the guts to actually address the so-called issues while employed.
No budget, limited to no access to accounts, and constant change in the division don’t exactly make for a positive work environment.
You don't necessarily require a budget when you establish a genuine partnership with your customers. The essence of your value lies in your adeptness at discerning the customers' needs and tailoring a vaccine schedule that not only benefits patients but also enhances the healthcare customer's business and cash flow.
If this is accomplished the customer will provide you lunch for the value you bring. This is what a very good rep can accomplish.
The VBU could do with 1/2 the sales force. Between television commercials, EMR, patient requests and retail pharmacy- many field rep roles should be done away with. There certainly is a role for many, just not as many as we have now.
Stop living in the 80s man. I don’t care what you promote, most of the customers now are part if large health systems and the grunts in the office always say they dont care about making money on vaccines they would rather not lose money. Plus the office manager and HCPs don’t see the financial gain anyway. So it isnt the selling point my dear out of touch friend. Sure a few small independent offices woukd like the financial aslect of it, but the majority of the HCPs VBU is calling on doesn’t give a rats as….especially for adults. Reps bust their asses to try and get HCPs with MULTIPLE priorities, we to be more proactive with vaccine protocols. Other wise it is a check the box for the doc and easier to say “you can get this in the pharmacy!”
