They need to harmonize positions in all countries. It’s going to blow up in the USA when they find out that less educated people are forced to do assignments that are high level. Problem is managers do not want to deal with it and they delegate it to to the clerical level.

It is not HR’s fault that Taro has a bad reputation. No one with any sense would come to work here unless they were truly desperate. Even the recruiters everyone is contacting to get out know that this place is dysfunctional.

Just stating a fact. Not blaming. MM was great. EH was getting OCD. Like him, but.. MK was/is a social misfit. KS was a loss. All the broken toys are at Taro. It is like Halloween every work day. Everything is relative to what had been here. Lower standards. Even the clowns are getting jobs away from here.
 












Quick reminder of what started this thread above... MB! He is immature. Much of the turnover happened because of him.

Our company is not doing well. We need to invest and buy more companies to expand our business. The only way to improve our company's performance is to lower expenses. Its basic accounting.. All of Hawthorne is an expense it doesn't produce or sell anything.. If you work in Hawthorne, ask yourself what you do and how you earn money for the company.. Its possible that you have saved the company money, but at the EOD Fiance, Accounting, AR, AP, CS, HR are all on the wrong side of the balance sheet. They need to reduce head count.. Scroll up in the conversation, I am pretty sure that a manager posted that they are indirectly being force to write poor reviews.

If Taro wants to reduce its expenses the right way, not only does it have to file with the SEC and show cause for the reducing jobs, will be liable to pay employees severance costing the company more money and more bad publicity. This is the companies way of eliminating positions, avoiding expenses, and bad publicity.




    • Everyone keeps asking about job cuts. They are cutting them and forcing people out with bad reviews. How don't you see that?? MB need to save some money and try to justify his position to UB and the board. MB is too busy walking around and looking at who is surfing the internet or on their phone rather than figuring that his managers are always in meeting and don't have the time to do their own job..
As I said in an earlier post, MGT SUXs.. They need to do their job. Tell MB or UB that they aren't doing their own job..The only one with a backbone might be SV.. They need to fire MB and the rest of his Henchmen.. You need a manager who will disagree and tell you what's wrong, not managers who kisses axx just to cover their own mistakes. Start with the one with the biggest turnover.. KS/MS/FF have had the highest turn over in the past year.. That makes them YES MEN..


It does not take backbone to fire someone. Taro should be developing their people. On the other hand, SV does not have to develop people. Her job is not complicated. Not like rebates, or GP. You must know that most transactional people are not brainiacs. If they cannot go fast enough, they are out. Easy to quantify. But, at least the AR people seem to be disciplined and are trying to do the work. Btw, does SV ever shut up? Omg. Constant gossip. Always FaceTiming in her office. Holy crap. At least, her team are not looking out window and pounding it when they see someone cute. Who does that? The old AVP who is a legend in his own mind. What a hottie. Past his prime. Now the FF gang is banging the window. So professional. But, their example is..... but, don’t piss off BC because he has gang with him starting with MS. They will give people 1 on their review and toss them if anyone tells on them. Have you ever seen BC completely lose control. Yelling and screaming like a two year old who is not getting his way. Still MB walks around totally clueless. It must be the Argentinian weed. This is our company. Yea! There will be cuts. Let’s hope they will cut the people who do not work, not the just because a team has a lot of people. I can nominate some. Let’s make a list for MB.
