What's with the realignment, and how will things change? I don't understand the real reason that this is happening.

I'm asking about the rest of the departments. Finance and their bullies are still out of control. I'll bet at some point they'll have to cut in order to change the environment there.When sales are decreasing, you obviously get less profit. However, you could also increase profit by cutting expenses.
This can be done by getting rid of redundant positions, or having your staff split among Taro and Sun responsibilities and relocating them to one location. A/R, Rebates, and Customer Service have already done this.

Look around. If a manager can't hold their employees, do you really want to say its the employees fault? How many people have they chased out.

Wednesday was her last day. Very nice lady with two young daughters. She wanted a better job with less overtime so she could spend more time with them. She did not mention anything else. Never say anything bad about the company until you have left and signed all the paperwork for your new job. Someone may give you a bad reference.That Sucks, I hope he is okay.
