Arcutis reps goals are average of 12 a week and they are being paid great. WTF with ours having to be over 55 a week this year.
It’s called we have to pay for the over the top spending and the un needed May meetings.
Why are all the good posts about Dermavant posted under Galderma cafe pharma,?

Settle down Zoryve folks. If the reps had some class and pharma experience maybe they could earn a few scripts. Just mean to the core. No indication can change that.
Focus on selling? Your selling tactics are not compliant, considered kickbacks and are not allowed. These tactics result in fines, jail time and being banned from the industry.

> Home made bread
> Printing off non approved marketing materials
> Notes to providers that mention prescription products.
> Mailing and giving HNM clothing and swag

Our problem remains little Frankie - still butthurt that he didn't get promoted at Amgen - so he focuses our launch against Otezla instead of taking the topicals market by storm
