Everyone here is tired of our out of touch ,brain washing management. They act like there is no competition.
VTAMA will never be a blockbuster and CEO clueless of how reps feel. The BS commission plan we now have sucks.
Upper management act like Gods and everyone can't wait to write the drug. Reality: Not

This company will be sold and reps will be lucky to make 150k
 








They don't know half the sales force is miserable. We lost our advancement to AD market to an inferior company in their minds.
We have Regionals with NO Relationships.
Someone needs to go back to being an accountant.
 








Still crying
Still has bad jokes
Still pretends he cares so much about sales force
Still thinks the $ he allocates is from his personal bank account
Still only speaks to about 12 -15 reps thinks the rest are garbage
 




Frankie - do something about the stock! We are down to 4 bucks a share. You've lost 80% of the company's market cap!

Perhaps you should have spent more time on our strategy instead of on social media bad mouthing Amgen's mild indication.
 




Welcome to Dermavant. Best sales force ever.
But wait- we now have management telling us who to call on, when to call on them, a must to leave samples,
the amount of signatures required weekly, number of out of office events per quarter, when we must go to the Dermavant University to be Retrained and that’s only the beginning

This place is sinking and losing reps rapidly.

Could have been great but people like FH live in a bubble .
 




They don't even have respect when they fire you.
You are told it's a ride with , meet at a Hotel lobby and Creepy Julius pops out with the manager

Sad and sick people they are. True arrogance.
 




Why is Kevin S. still here ? District is in disarray. No respect for him. Our Regional loves to hear himself talk about nothing and Thank and Thank and drool over Fred . Fred luvs to cry.

I think they are all _____ with each other, something does not add up .


 








At Arcutis we are treated as adults. Our management team has faith that we will do the right thing daily.

We make just as much money as you if not more in most areas . We have a lot more vaca and sick time, and
less meetings .
Oh yeah, we are not running out of money . We may not have as many scripts but we are meeting our own company’s realistic expectations. We will have 2 indications before you.

I hope you get enough siggies next week and have enough lunches and don’t lose any more reps.

Most peers are sticking it out till April/May 2024 when vested at 50% then jumping ship.
