I think what most people are forgetting is that the non-compete only involves drugs promoted while at Amgen that are direct competitors with the product you promoted. Of which, Otezla is indicated for PsO & PsA, not atopic dermatitis. Technically they are separate disease states and don’t compete, which gets the rep out scot free...
As for managers, that’s a different story, although I don’t know exactly what they signed. However, most of the time w managers it revolves around poaching the reps at your prior company...
Correct. Amgen reps signed a non solicit though. They can sell any product they want whether it competes with otezla or not... they just can’t solicit the same customers for a year.
