wow, such bitterness. Seems like a lot of emotional exhaustion to put yourself through for an opportunity you deem worthless.
 






I was interviewed in the NE by a female manager who had all sorts of follow up and then just ghosted me. I haven't been rejected yet, but I've learned they hired someone else. That's fine, but the lack of professionalism is glaring. Heard she did this at Celgene too. Glad I dodged a bullet.

Soooo much bitterness on this board! If these people honestly believed this is a bad company or product I doubt they would spend this much time bashing it on CP after being rejected. Unfortunately it sounds like many feelings were hurt. For the person wishing misery on those who were hired - - - I feel bad for you. Sorry you didn’t get the job and wish you success wherever you are.

That's not true. Not bitter rejects. Syneos mocks Incyte newbie DMS for lack of professionalism. Whole thing is mass confusion. Yet Syneos lacks professionalism as well. Heard they have a new manager in NY area from OD who is bringing over many of his buddies. Interesting stuff. Have a great weekend everyone.

the manager could have let you know, I suppose. I imagine she has interviewed hundreds in a very short window though... you can’t expect her to inform every candidate. Ultimately it’s syneos’ job to send out the rejection letters. I think I know the Celgene manager you are talking about though, heard she just won P club and her reps love her.

wrong one. she did not just win. she got cut.

the one that won, resigned because Amgen is so activity focused and joined Incyte, and her reps do love her.
 


















Haha hilarious. The NE manager only won Pclub at Celgene because her reps (one in particular and if you’re from Celgene you all know which rep I’m referring to) had literally the best territory in the country with the most high decile hcps...and the NE manager was ah big an affair with that rep!

There were many affairs involving her. She’s unprofessional, entitled, and condescending. She definitely knows how to make a room uncomfortable. How she continues to secure management roles is beyond me.
 






Sure, we have plenty of Celgene reps here and a launch coming up, but what we are missing is Ron.

Ron created the culture.
Ron controlled my DM so he didn't work with me 2 days in a row.
Ron controlled marketing so they wouldn't hurt sales.
Ron controlled training so they wouldn't kill sales.
Ron controlled the IC so we would go out early and stay our late.
Ron controlled the PC trip so it kept everyone hustling.
Ron controlled fleet so the place we spend 75% of our days didn't suck.
Ron controlled every little detail so that all I had to do was go sell.

We need Ron.

I am a Celgene rep who has a non-Celgene manger. He is a total jerk off and I am already regretting coming over here. Ron would have never let this happen.
 






Amgen would have been smart to have adopted Ron's formula, but he was doomed from the start. When you have a faker like JW feeding Helen constant BS, it's hard to overcome. She didn't know a thing. Murdo moved her, but it was too late. The INBU culture will swallow any performers and turn them into lobotomized drones. When it was clear he wouldn't make it, I starting looking.

I too came over here and at least I have a Celgene manager, albeit not one of the brightest or hardest working. I worry about my decision. Probably should have gone with Castle.
