I had a terrible interview experience as well, two months of stress for nothing. So yeah, I hope you all do great and get bought out by Pfizer or Endo in a year. And then you are all miserable lol

I was interviewed in the NE by a female manager who had all sorts of follow up and then just ghosted me. I haven't been rejected yet, but I've learned they hired someone else. That's fine, but the lack of professionalism is glaring. Heard she did this at Celgene too. Glad I dodged a bullet.
wow, such bitterness. Seems like a lot of emotional exhaustion to put yourself through for an opportunity you deem worthless.
good grief, what is ‘manager care’? And cafe pharma has noticed the shit show that is the Incyte Derm rejects.
Suckas I got 115 offer.

Ha, I wouldn’t be bragging about that!
Well the top candidates get 115 here
These boards are comical! Hope no one takes this stuff seriously. misinformation galore. But very entertaining to read!
the manager could have let you know, I suppose. I imagine she has interviewed hundreds in a very short window though... you can’t expect her to inform every candidate. Ultimately it’s syneos’ job to send out the rejection letters. I think I know the Celgene manager you are talking about though, heard she just won P club and her reps love her.
Then please do educate on the max salary band?
It’s 115. I got 118 but had to negotiate for it.
Haha hilarious. The NE manager only won Pclub at Celgene because her reps (one in particular and if you’re from Celgene you all know which rep I’m referring to) had literally the best territory in the country with the most high decile hcps...and the NE manager was ah big an affair with that rep!
Sure, we have plenty of Celgene reps here and a launch coming up, but what we are missing is Ron.
Ron created the culture.
Ron controlled my DM so he didn't work with me 2 days in a row.
Ron controlled marketing so they wouldn't hurt sales.
Ron controlled training so they wouldn't kill sales.
Ron controlled the IC so we would go out early and stay our late.
Ron controlled the PC trip so it kept everyone hustling.
Ron controlled fleet so the place we spend 75% of our days didn't suck.
Ron controlled every little detail so that all I had to do was go sell.
We need Ron.
