Cleveland DM was told to work at least 3 days/month with each rep!! Story is that Louie wants the DMs to quit making excuses for performance to date. Well I will be sick on the days I am suppose to work with the excess baggage!!!!!
 








































AbbVie HCV has THE WORST MANAGEMENT TEAM EVER!! What were they thinking hiring 240 reps and AEs that have no idea about HCV and have the worst social/people skills ever! Just because a person has been with the company for awhile doesn't mean they are a good fit for the job. No wonder HCV reps are leaving. They are being treated as though they are pharma 101 reps. It is degrading and humiliating. It is embarrassing for the reps to have other idiots having contact with their customers. It is no wonder that so many experienced and long time HCV reps. are leaving and that many more are to follow. Why doesn't AbbVie understand that it doesn't take an army to call on one doctor? The doctors don't want it. They don't know who is who. They are confused on why they have so are people calling on them. What a waste and shame to have lost such amazing talent.

There is a culture at Abbvie/Abbott of not trusting the reps and treating them as PC reps that just entered the industry. Most of the HCV reps have been around for years and know what they are doing. It all starts at the TOP.......Louie!!
 








The reps don't post on manufacturing board, so why do you laborers post on a pharma rep board ? You're all welcome here, but you will pay the price for trying to mingle with people who are educated unlike yourself

A number of them have gone to Vertex to build their respiratory (CF) business, several DM have gone to oncology at Regeneron, a rumor has it that Lottzie will be demoted and he will be going back to the fatherland. Who knows how long Louie has?
