You seem needy and that's exactly what Intercept does not need -- is to have themselves tied to Abbvie in any way, shape or form. Excluding MSL's I wouldn't hang my future on anyone associated with anything to do with the launch of VPak. It would be corporate suicide.

Agreed. This micro managing shit is worse than anything I have experienced in my career. We are supposed to be a specialty division and now they are wanting us to make quantity over quality calls, explain why doctors are not writing VP and what our plan of action is to get them to write the drug? What is this? Conference calls to discuss how we are going to get doctors to prescribe? Management is trying to tell the reps how to sell? How about this: our manage care team sucks! Management sucks. They have no idea what they are talking about and they have no leadership skills! There is no POA!! Doctors are not going to write a drug that has the same SVR, more pills and has shitty coverage. This sucks!!!! I can't believe I left Humira to work for the absolute worst management team in the field of pharmaceuticals! If anyone responds that they are happy here, they are lying. This is the worst mistake many of us have made, leaving other divisions of Abbvie. I feel bad for those of us that have been with Abbvie and I feel awful for those that joined our team. HCV is not a representation of what our company is like. It is completely disfunctional and a joke. Leave now if you have other opportunities!!

This is the first "Biotech" company I've work for that doesn't trust their field sales team! We hired great managers and reps and now are pushing them away with this primary care mentality. This place SUCKS!

As you know what you are seeing and on the receiving end of -- is management/leadership trying to save their tails justify their retention. Agreed Haas is a joke. Management is a joke.

As for leaving Humira for HCV -- enough said. Know this, it's just a matter of time for Humira. It is not a safe haven anymore with it's challenges by biosimilars fast approaching. They are milking every last penny. Overstaffing with reductions to follow.

You are right! Remember tho... Bring your best bobble head with you to the NSM. Don't share this out loud with anyone! Know that at the NSM there will be eyes and ears everywhere looking and listening to any negative words spoken or a roll of the eyes. Most of us are unhappy, but fake it until you have another opportunity because they'll be looking for people to get rid of at this upcoming meeting. Know that!!!
