Actually wrong, 22 years in pharma, 11 here. I think we have a pretty good sense of the status of this organization. Insinuating Pfizer is buying us is a stretch.

Because around GNE, you need your manager to go to bat for you if you want to switch franchises. If you don't have a manager fighting for you, you have no chance! So, the new OCRE managers are pushing for their former reps regardless of how good they are. In the GNE country club, it is who you know.
So, if you are one of the few to get a OCRE territory, it is not necessarily because you are the best, it is more likely because your manager liked you.
