What’s the deal with the same people heading CE3. Is it new or old wine in a new bottle? All these changes are worthless until you find a blockbuster like eliquis or humira. It is not the changes but the drug that prevents a company from sinking. Definitely not layoffs of people who would give an arm and a leg. Ernst Young and McKinsey hire newbies, pay them way too much than they deserve to create these failure tactics. All enjoy a 4000$ plus apartment in NYC while devising a plan to get rid of family needs and providers. They are unaware because none of them have families.

I can't wait til the end of the year when HOPEFULLY someone with a brain digs in to question what progress has been made over the course of this year. They will find that there has been zero actual progress, lots of time and TONS of money wasted, and many opportunities for growth in terms of people development and true omnichannel operational excellence completely squandered. Bravo, Davide and team. Your lack of vision and messy politics and poor leadership are gunking up the works.

And I bet some enjoyed destroying many lives. The hatred, the nastiness, the backstabbing, the idiocy, is suffocating and is killing omni-channel. Look at the bug eyed freak and his girlfriend. The two of them openly lied, basically defrauded the business, but they're all smiles and sunshine. I bet it's nice being so empty and dumb. In Davide's org those are virtues.

Because It seems like a lot of great changes are happening at the end of the year. Every indication and poll shows those that promote crime, inflation, wars, tens of millions of those living off our tax dollars, etc.. will be swept away. No more mumbling, bumbling, and stumbling!

Exactly.....the bell will toll at the end of the year for Davide and his mates to show their cards and be judged for the results/output over this year in the new model.

HINT: there has been ZERO output or results from this new model in Davide's group. They will have nothing to show except a lot of swirl, lost money, and they will blame everyone else but themselves. Let the cards fall where they may. There is no stopping or saving this hot mess express due to the egos and politics at play.
