Totally agree with the concerns raised. The fact that WCE is so top-heavy without enough subject matter expertise is slowing us down, especially on these core commercialization capabilities. The lack of hands-on knowledge at the top is leading to poor decision-making and missed opportunities.

This is the result of years of nepotism, ego, and hubris that has led to a nest of rotten and useless employees who are hurting the organization. Subject matter expertise is seen as a negative and a threat. Hiring one's friends, allowing failures to stay and be promoted, putting people in positions where they are not capable of performing (procurement in content?), is a path to failure.

It will be interesting to see where she lands. I am sure sure she's alienated quite a few people in our world.
 












Why has WCE gone so quiet? They started off with big promises to transform everything and everyone, but now there’s no clear progress. It feels like all that energy and momentum disappeared. I was expecting to see real changes by now, but instead, it seems like nothing is actually moving forward.

You thought they would deliver? It was nothing but a combo of vaporware, ignorance of processes and platforms, and a complete lack of understanding of the tech that's available. Oh, let's not forget wishful thinking and hubris. Davide actually believed what KL and TJS were selling?

Then Davide is truly an empty shell. TJ, Kelly, and the rest are idiots who were allowed to run rampant because they kissed Mckinsey ass. The fact that Davide trusted those fools speaks clearly to his emptiness. The question is is he willing to ruin his reputation? What am I thinking? His reputation was always trash.

Does anyone actually need a fence in the first place? And if so, what’s the real value—whether it’s wood, painted, or replaced with a brick wall? Are we building just for the sake of building, or is there real purpose, alignment, and incremental, measurable value versus the investments being made?

On a separate note, will anyone on this team actually get promoted, demoted, or even fired based on this year’s ‘performance’? Genuinely curious about the stakes here.
