Dave: how are ya now feeling about joining Sun ?



















In his defense, he was probably hired specifically to execute a plan and he is doing just that.
Nah, Sun doesn’t have a plan beyond spend less than 20% the absolute minimum required for whatever it is you’re talking about (people, processes, quality, ethics…).
The plan is to cut cost as a sustainable strategy.
That’s a recipe for failure - just look at the US the past 3-4 years.

Dave sucks, company sucks product is a dog/me too. We haven't hit our goal or grown our business significantly. I miss my ASD. I feel like he got and I know the rest of my team really liked what he was trying to do....

Yep... we had a great chat prior to him leaving. He couldn't wait to get out of here. He was so excited for the opportunity and then, it hit home.

Hags & Midget give you no support, and constantly question your efforts. This company is a joke. If you question this, contact former folks that resigned.

Anyway, I’m out of Sun thankfully and for those there - and I mean this more for those in sales management and everyone in the home office:

I’ve worked for some great companies in my career. All were great I’d say, except one. Sun.
If you’ve got half a brain, or any decent level of integrity, talent or self-esteem, you need to look in the mirror and ask yourself if this place is in line with who you are as a person.

If you’re intelligent, you know what I’m talking about. If you don’t, then you belong where you are.

Hey Dave in all fairness I think you’re trying to keep the Salesforce to stay by reducing the threshold to get paid out for IC. Unfortunately I do think it’s not just that, people continue to walk away, a couple who would have won COE said f… it I’m
done.
With all the issues, lack of samples, no replacement for RX Crossroads, Scripthero difficulties, lack of Market Access Coverage do you really think you could convince us that “this is a place to be”. That Reps from other companies would jump ship to work for Sun.
Walk the talk. Change starts from the top.

He is a programmed puppet who will just day what he is told with a straight face. YOUR JOB is to know it is all BS and GET OUT not expect him to work with you.
