It’s not just Dave buddy, a lot of Sales Leadership are in Hawaii. It’s a good junket.

You don’t know what you’re talking about. It’s the 3rd largest meeting in Ophthalmology, and only 5 people from Sun leadership went.
Not sure what Mark and Abhay ever saw in this dude.

He got ahead because of AA and hiring the stripper.
You are all being rough on Dave. He constantly is trying to change the mindset of Sun on forecast, people and culture. His roadblock is Abhay and culture at the top. Its a clash as he tries to change culture within the BU. Whatever change he tries to make is undermined by Abhay and senior leadership not wanting to make that change.
Still a lack of accountability on the performance of some current internal employees. Changes need to be made but no one has the balls to do it. What it leaves you with is stagnate sales, a lack of a shift in culture and unfortunately no money to be made

The dude is a coward and a "yes man". Blames everyone else and takes no responsibility. Without a doubt the worst leader I've ever worked for. I tolerate him. That's it. Dude thinks I like him - that's all that matters.
I've never heard a dude say so much on an AD call and say so little. I wonder if he knows we all laugh behind his back.
That is a very special skill to say a great meaningless noise which can be confused, by idiots, as actually contributing rather than just trying to kiss ass.
