Poor Davey, he was the same mindless puppet at NN. Talked like he had a plan and leadership skills but alas he had nothing ................
 












If the kitchen is too hot for you go leave. No one is forcing you to stay.
Granted there has been screw up after screw up. Most of it isn’t Dave’s fault if you really assess things.
Would have you rather followed Ryan to RVL then get laid off just over a year after, get 12 weeks severance and be looking for another gig. I don’t think so.
Be thankful for what you have. A greener pasture sometimes gets hit by a major drought.

Then if it’s all been downhill for you why do you continue to bitch and stay. I’ve been here since Menzo too and been through hell and back. It’s how you view things. For me it’s still a paycheck, health insurance, 401K. I’ve got a mortgage, car payments and a kid in college.
Suck it up or leave buddy.

AND ‘ THAT’ ladies and gentlemen is the very best there is at Sun.
Someone - in a best-case-scenario, who simply views their job as a ‘paycheck, health insurance and a (measly) 401k.

Sun could never attract and retain anything better that just that. It’s the best they can get.

They could never get a top performer and that why Sun is what it is. A toilet.

Think about that - it’s actually something that many aspire towards.

No it’s reality. There is no such thing as loyalty anymore in our industry. Everyone is just a number.
I was #1 in my previous role winning COE after turning the 2nd to the bottom territory around in after a year and a half.
Guess what. Did that matter when the company got acquired by another. No - you think the company who took over would keep the top performers. That’s what they said but in the end was laid off with the rest.

Why do you continue to stay and bitch - the door is wide open. I guess you are a Dumbocrat - another entitled snowflake. A big fan of AOC.
