Sun is a third-rate company at-best.

What a arrogant POS you sound like. Sun sucks in a lot of ways but some of us don’t mind it too much because it’s paying the bills. We’ve watched people leave for Kala, Allergan, RVL and Novartis, and so far not much has gone well for any of those folks. I bet your bitter ass got fired.

1. You admit it sucks, but you’ve probably been there several years. Your resume is stained, as is your ego bc you can’t find anything better. You’ve looked, but no one will take you. Should have stayed with the front desk crew @ Planet Fitness. Is that what you’re thinking?

2. ‘it’s paying the bills’ - a perfect example of what Sun attracts, in a best-case scenario. Lazy people. People who simply work to pay the bills. No one ever goes above and beyond.
Why ?
Two reasons:
A. They just don’t have that ‘extra’ in their soul. And that’s why they’re at Sun.
B. You’ll get screwed dollar-wise anyway, so why bother?

3. You’ve ‘watched people leave’ … and it ‘hasn’t gone well for any of those folks’
I revert back to #2, A & B above.

It’s a low-rung company that can only attract low-caliber people.

You are mistaken. I left Sun and was able to find another job despite my shitty performance. I hardly worked. I now drive my own SUV and it’s a black BMW X3. So what if it’s pre-owned. I still look hot. Yeah hot flushes. I still earn enough to maintain my Botox and Lip Fillers. I still have toe nail fungus but who cares.
I live in a million dollar home which I rent and can’t afford to purchase.

Never get into SLTs bad side. They want total submission. If they tell you to jump you have to ask how high. If you question them they will find a way to take you out.
It will start with a witch hunt. Then what happens is that you get a call from Legal/ Compliance/ HR saying that you will be under investigation. They will question you without you knowing what the allegations are. Only during the call will they tell you. If tell then I need my lawyer involved you are immediately terminated. Remember it is an “at will” employer.
That is the Sun way. They do not care about turnover or how many years you’ve been with the shit hole of a company.
You will be better off somewhere else.
