I’ve worked for many pharma companies over the years and Lilly’s culture is definitely the most toxic! People stay for the pension which now is hardly existent!

The audacity of entitled, uneducated white folks is beyond comprehension.
peace
Hateful and uneducated, said the pot to the kettle. To all future applicants of Lilly: remember, this person will be in charge of your career. This person is celebrated here. This person has 2 graduate degrees but is still too uneducated to see how hateful, and exclusive they are.
They will spit on you for being white and having less degrees, but celebrate programs to hire uneducated POC.
Look elsewhere.

Morale is being killed here. We experience high turnover, and the stress level is dangerously high.
Did they tell you that "we hire you for a career, not for a job" too?
HR swindlers.
Culture here sucks
Not many people are happy. I bet turnover has not improved
Too political also
Wouldn’t recommend working here even if you’re trying to break in to Pharma
The culture at Lilly has changed enormously over the last 5-6 years and not for the better. Turnover varies depending on the division but it is safe to say the diabetes business is known for the worst culture in the organization. Specifically the PC3 sleeve promoting Jardiance and Emgality. Those are some very unhappy folks.

How is the culture? I always admired the company from afar

They’ve already had to settle on a class action age discrimination lawsuit. Now the EEOC is coming after them.Sounds like an ageism lawsuit. Hiring inexperienced, fresh out of college for more than tenured reps and then increasing pay for them disproportionately as well. They're pushing out the old and in with the new. Obviously illegal.
