How did they roll it out?! Cowardly. Sending an email instead of directly meeting with employees and allowing for questions. Supervisors have been given no answers to the questions staff is asking: How does separation affect retirement and unemployment? If I'm fully vaccinated now will I have to get every upcoming booster to maintain continued employment? Why do I have to write a paper to justify a religious exemption -- and who are they to judge my religious beliefs and whether they are "valid"?
There were like 10 pages of questions answered. Just because you and your supervisor didn’t take the time it’s not their fault. All your questions are answered there. I don’t remember them addressing unemployment but hello everyone can apply for it. It’s whether or not the company fights it. Employed people people can attempt to apply. But I’m guessing since you would be terminated for insubordination that they won’t be like sure we will let that go through. They probably didn’t have a call because people ask the same questions that you just did that they already addressed or complain.
