The lower than industry salary and bonuses, the target list is the only thing I’m paid on when I’m calling on entire offices so why not pay me on dirt, micromanaging, they changed the bonus after that one quarter so they lost my trust, I feel like I’m being sold a lie about our products from management, when I bubble something up it doesn’t go past my RD, my RD is a jerk who has anger problems and doesn’t build our team up just berates them. I’ve watched management coach people out, when they thought they were being coached up. The overall turnover and losing coworkers that I really like because they can’t take the culture here. Lack of future beyond Qelbree with this company if you’re not in the PD division. Other than that I love it here!

he meant life changing money for him and the rest of the upper management. They get paid on every script that your territory generates while you get paid only on your targets.
 


















How many are going to be making the new average bonus of $8K? Probably what 20 reps out of almost 200? This is insane. We should be getting paid on EVERY SINGLE SCRIPT then if you grow off previous quarter figure a different $ amount per script for new scripts. The company is getting paid on all scripts new or refill. We also should be getting paid on dirt, we all have physicians writing who aren’t targets and we aren’t getting paid. I guarantee supernus plan is to weed out the current supernus employees with the Iquivia employees because they can pay them less. That’s fine, I’ll start looking for a new job. This company doesn’t care about its people anymore and it’s pretty clear.

agreed! Those that are getting 30+ scripts a week are now having a hard time growing from their baseline so even if they got the $25/for every rx then $50/for every nrx it would then be around the new average bonus of $8K so why can’t they do that if they “claim” thats their new goal is for everyone to make the average bonus? No one is at this shitty bonus plan and only getting paid on NEW scripts when the company gets paid on every single script coming in and we are the ones maintaining that script for them. It’s total BS.

agreed with all the above. I agree with the fact we should be getting paid on every script. Those getting 30+ scripts a week now are now seeing that they potentially may not bonus this quarter. So for those bringing in that many with a $25/script on refill and $50/script on new rx it would be just around the $8K average bonus supernus supposedly wants us all to hit but yet they won’t make a bonus plan that is realistic for us, better for us and actually show they care. Regardless of how many scripts you are bringing in each week, remember supernus is getting paid on every single one. We aren’t and we are the ones maintaining those refills and relationships with offices to make sure they continue to write so we also then see new scripts.

this is all complete crap and unfair to us. Along with the above we should be getting paid on zip code, territory, dirt whatever you want to call it because again Supernus is getting paid but we aren’t and we all have offices where we’ve sold to a non target and are not getting paid on them writing Qelbree.

We all deserve better than this and I hope you all realize it and like myself continue to look for a new job. They don’t care about the employees who have been here awhile. They want to replace us with Iquivia reps.

OG from Shire days. Gary put together this exact bonus plan when we launched Vyvanse. Small world. I can’t fathom that you all aren’t getting paid on all scripts. Supernus is worse than I thought.
