With pediatric offices of staff members between 30-50 people, $1500 is about 3-4 lunches a month. All the while my RD is down my throat to schedule more lunches/breakfasts/snacks. Generous is not the word I would use to describe the budget.
its always “give us more more more” from Supernus but they never give us more more more to succeed with. We’re trying out here (most of us I would say) and it’s a struggle. You work your ass off and the scripts just don’t reflect it but then there’s some reps who don’t even leave their house and are ranking in new scripts every week. I don’t get it.

When you got a product where reps in Medicaid states aren't blowing up you have a major issue. That issue is the medication itself. If the pump doesn't get approved or doesn't perform this company will be done within 36 months.
