we don’t get paid on all scripts however supernus does. We get paid on only NEW. It’s insane and stupid which is the major reason people are leaving every week.
 
























why are discontinuation rates much higher than whats stated? patients are coming off Qelbree at an alarming rate and as reps we can only battle so much. once a doctor is burned, they're burned forever. so you finally get a doctor to start 5 patients and 3 or 4 discontinue about a month later due to side effects. not good. somebody make it make sense.

yup and I’ve been hearing lately from a few physicians that patients are dealing with more irritability with Qelbree and have to take them off per the parent complaining about it. This is just one of the other few side effects and other things patients are coming off. There is no perfect med out there but Supernus really over promised what this drug actually does and they are still doing they. It’s a good med but it’s not great, nothing special. Almost a year in and I haven’t seen many physicians totally impressed.

agreed! They over promised this drug and it’s nothing like they told us and we are hearing it straight from the doctors. I had 2 physicians in the last week have to take patients off Q because of irritability and those parents were calling complaining saying their child was worse than before. I know it’s not going to be for everyone…. No med is but this med is nothing special and no one including us and doctors are excited about it and it’s showing. The bonus plan also sucks and no one is making money not even the average bonus or the old one. With inflation nowadays you would think they would help us out but they never will. They are all getting paid on all scripts when we did the work. I hope everyone is looking for new jobs because I certainly am.

This is exactly why ZERO doctors nationally are adopting this product. This product is trash and management knows it.

With pediatric offices of staff members between 30-50 people, $1500 is about 3-4 lunches a month. All the while my RD is down my throat to schedule more lunches/breakfasts/snacks. Generous is not the word I would use to describe the budget.

its always “give us more more more” from Supernus but they never give us more more more to succeed with. We’re trying out here (most of us I would say) and it’s a struggle. You work your ass off and the scripts just don’t reflect it but then there’s some reps who don’t even leave their house and are ranking in new scripts every week. I don’t get it.

That’s less than 2 scripts per rep in the country. Incredibly sad. This medication works but it’s certainly not a blockbuster and many are not refilling. Should be very telling.

Supernus really needs to start being honest and help the sales force out across all areas. They don’t care. We are just a number, just a territory. We are easily replaced. They don’t care about turn over anymore. They used to care when VV was in place.
