COVID FEST!!

Im sick of providers running a query and showing me the twenty patients they have on Qelbree. Yet somehow pathway only shows 3 or 4 patients total.

It’s awful that other pharma companies recognize to pay reps on dirt/entire territory yet Supernus only pays on the target list. This bothers me and I assume the rest of us because if providers in a practice who are not on our list write Qelbree we don’t get credit for it but Supernus sure does. They get paid, we don’t for doing the work and selling to these providers who are not on our list because to them “if they write 5 scripts then they will be put on your list” that’s just an excuse to not pay us for doing our job. It’s a slap in the face and shame on them. This is why people are leaving and I am constantly looking and applying because we all deserve to be paid more and appreciated. The culture and pay here is not good. I suggest if you feel the same, apply and leave.

Tell the hiring manager you are interviewing with that you only got paid off of a target list, and you’ll get an interesting reaction. They may also be worried since you have never had to call on someone that isn’t a target.

It’s not really needed to tell a hiring manager that in my opinion unless asked and I also don’t see why it would be a concern when we basically are “cold calling” these offices from the beginning and when someone new pops on.

I blatantly ignore non targets. I recommend you do the same as it’s therapeutic.

if you took this job and knew you were not getting paid on entire dirt you are a fool and a moron. you were taken advantage of. grow up and find a sales job that you get paid appropriately for or you will be bending over and taking it for the rest of your career.

Did you just call yourself a fool and a moron for taking the same job?

Guys, I’m pumped for March Madness. I hope we get a voicemail update today from Gary. He is so motivational with his awful music before national calls and no tie. I stopped wearing a tie when my RD isn’t around because of it. I am so motivated by this contest. Try to catch me losers.

just another reason to micromanage reps. These contests are a joke. I will do what I normally do which is try my best but I’m not pushing myself to get 10 calls a day, no thanks! I have a life.
It is not micromanaging. It is fun. I guess we won’t be seeing Gary announce your name at the sales meeting, and that is a shame.

Do you think Gary and Taylor’s bonus pays them on dirt?
