Exit Survey is what I have heard being given out lol
They stopped doing these years ago as it was more important for management to manage freely then have the fear of being burned by a rep on an exit interview.
I was taken back when I heard exit interviews weren’t offered here. At first I thought HR made a mistake, then when it kept happening it was apparent it was by design.
if Supernus’s employees are their #1 asset why wouldn’t they want to hear from their assets why they have left the team?
What type of a company denies exit interviews....... ?
Who is the worst RD in Supernus ADHD
It’s trueMany RDs are losing reps left and right. I heard a team lost 2 reps this week. Supernus is not reading the room at all.
That's a great question....who is the worst ?
The bigger issue is that they think bonus plan is better. All the legacy shire folks in management want to talk about is how great it was selling Adderall XR and Vyvanse. Never hear any of them talk about how they also had Intuniv in the bag. One would think their Intuniv experience would be much more relevant to what we are currently trying to do. But what do I know? Apparently after 7 years, I’m still just a former b2b rep who doesn’t understand the industry.
Intuniv struggled and they even had D2D interactions as it was initially launched with adjunct only. This in my opinion is the largest hurdle for us to overcome with our physicians. We can't tell them what to expect when prescribing Q with other products which is a HUGE deterrent for doctors to not write.
Also, serious question for GC: how is our bonus plan going to be structured in Q2 when patients start coming off Q for summer break?
Actually one region had four reps leave in the past two months, two in the past week. Any guesses…hint TNY
It’s your job to convince them that they shouldn’t take a summer break from Q.
Love - GC
damn, is it the RD? Or the obvious overall culture/no one is making money? Perhaps all of it.
culture/GC and we’re underpaid by a lot
